It was approved in April 2007, however, demolition of the building currently on the site is under way. In July 2011 It was given a 7m height increase taking the overall height to 172m
The building will contain 785772 square feet (73,000.6 m²) of office floorspace. It will stand on the other side of Camomile Street to the Heron Tower
