. The Tower was designed and built by Inversiones Bolivar a Salvadorian company.
About the Architect Felipe Uribe graduated from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellín, Colombia.
He has extensive experience in designing attractive and functional spaces like Penthouse Building and the Library of Empresas Públicas de Medellín. His most prominent in Latin American architecture is the Parque de los Deseos.
