Unlike most of the other expansions of Vampire: The Eternal Struggle, this set was not released in booster packs or starter boxes, but only in two different tin boxes with a fixed set of cards. Most cards were reprints of cards which hadn't been reprinted since Wizards of the Coast

abandoned the game and White Wolf took over. Otherwise the expansion didn't have any distinct theme or background. Only 10 new cards (the same 10 cards were available in both of the tin boxes) were issued in this expansion.
