The 1966 EC-121H Warning Star crash (call sign Homey 64) refers to an incident when a EC-121H Warning Star from the 551st Airborne Early Warning and Control Wing at Otis Air Force Base crashed off of the island of Nantucket, killing all nineteen crewmembers aboard.
