The 1994–95 New Jersey Devils
season
was the franchise's thirteenth
season in New Jersey. Although the Devils played an abbreviated 48-game season, shortened by the 1994–95 NHL lockout, the Devils won their first Stanley Cup championship in franchise history.
The Devils struggled in the first half, going 9–11–4, but improved drastically in the second half, going 13–7–4 to finish with 52 points and fifth place in the Eastern Conference
