The 2008-09 Speed Skating World Cup is an international speedskating competition which runs the entire season. The official name is Essent ISU World Cup Speed Skating 2008-2009. The season started on November 7, 2008 in Berlin
and came to an end on March 8, 2009 in Salt Lake City. The World Cup is organized by the International Skating Union (ISU)
