, which sees the top 32 players from the 2009 PDC Players Championship Order of Merit
taking part. The tournament took place between January 28 and January 31, 2010 and was held at the Circus Tavern
in Purfleet
(the former venue of the PDC World Darts Championship
).
Paul Nicholson
won the tournament, defeating Mervyn King 13-11 in the final. Nicholson had earlier defeated reigning champion Phil Taylor 10-9 in the semi-final.
