. The design is 90 storeys high residential and hotel tower. It will become Brisbane's tallest building when completed.

It will be part of 111+222 development consisting of two buildings at 111 Mary Street and 222 Margaret Street. The site was the location for the cancelled Vision Brisbane

 project.

The residential tower will include 800 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and 380-room hotel.
An eight-level basement car park is included in the project, containing a total of 980 spaces.

On 18 May, two new 274 metres (899 ft) and 160 metres (524.9 ft) skyscrapers were proposed for the site by the Billbergia Group and were approved in November 2011.
