659 Nestor is a Jupiter Trojan asteroid orbiting the Sun
. Along with the other Jupiter Trojans in the Greek Camp, it orbits along Jupiter's path, about 60 degrees ahead of the planet.
On 30 June 2006 it occulted TYC 6854-00630. The duration of the disappearance (9.52 seconds) equates to a size of at least 109 km diameter.
