Aaha Gold Cup is a yearly football (soccer) tournament held in Pokhara
, Nepal
organized by Sahara Club (Pokhara)
. It was formerly known as Caravan Gold Cup. It's the most popular football tournament in the mofussil. The Cup is major attraction for involvement of major clubs of Nepal
and some international clubs. The cup is recognized by ANFA
and is included in its yearly calendar. The competition is knockout one and 12 teams compete for the title. The tournament is the eye piece event that keeps the spirit of football alive and handsomly reward the clubs and players and is also the longest sporting event to be held regularly.
from January 26 to February 15, 2010. 12 teams including 3 departmental team of Nepal Police, Army and Armed Police, 3 other A-division teams, 3 team from outside Kathmandu valley including organizer Sahara Pohkara Club, and one each team from India, Bangladesh and UK took part in the tournament. The departmental police club came as the champions.

Ninth Aaha Gold Cup
The ninth Aaha Gold Cup was held here from January 18-29, 2011. Some 12 teams including Nepal's A Division clubs, two Indian teams, Sahara FC UK, one each team from eastern and western regions competed in the tournament. Nabil Three Star Completed its double(They also won British Gurkha Cup) by beating Laxmi Hundai Manang Marsyandi Club by a scoreline of 1-0, a courtesy of Buddha Chemzong. They were handed Rs. 200,000 and Manang Marsyandi were handed Rs. 100,000. Three Star's Sanjeev Budhathoki received a motor bike after being declared the best player of the tournament. Other winners were Megh Raj KC (best coach), Three Star's Kiran Chemzong (best goalkeeper), MMC's Deepak Bhusal (best defender), Anil Ojha (best midfielder) and Buddha Chemzong (best striker).Eighth Aaha Gold Cup
