Although 처음처럼 won the poll, Bo Peep Bo Peep was performed and won 5 weekly #1 awards on KBS Music Bank and SBS Inkigayo. The group performed special remixes of Bo Peep Bo Peep, including Christmas
and New Year
versions of the song to coincide with the holidays. As the promotions for 처음처럼 began, main vocalist Soyeon
was diagnosed with H1N1 and promotions quickly ended.

In November 2009 it was first announced that T-ara would be releasing their first mini album. The next week, it had been changed to a full length album and was released in digital format on November 27, with the physical release following on December 4. The songs and album quickly hit #1 on all major music charts on the day of the album's release.Promotions
