Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure (ABC2) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization with the mission to accelerate a cure for brain cancer by increasing the number of potential therapies and moving them rapidly into the clinic for patients. After Dan Case was diagnosed with brain cancer, he and the other founders acted on their belief that a collaborative, entrepreneurial model offered the best hope to support the research, development, and implementation of breakthrough therapies.

Max Wallace joined the organization in August of 2008 as CEO. Prior to Max Wallace, Kate Carr held the position.
