Dutkiewicz is currently using the EVH 5150 III with Mesa/Boogie traditional straight cabinets, a Splawn Nitro with KT88 tubes, his Maxon OD-808, Audio Technica 5000 Wireless System, and a Boss
NS-2 Noise Suppressor. His former rig was featured in the Guitar World, Vulgar Display of Power column http://www.digitalburn.org/adam-d-guitar-rig/.
For effect pedals, he has been known to use Maxon AD-999 Delay and Maxon OD-808 Overdrive units, and he and fellow guitarist Stroetzel have also both been credited with helping develop the Maxon OD-9 Pro+ Overdrive pedal. He runs the delay pedal in the loop of his amplifiers, while he runs an overdrive pedal in the loop of a Boss NS-2 Noise Suppressor.
The rig for his side project appears to consist of a Framus Cobra and possibly a similar effect pedal setup to his Killswitch Engage rig.
