Department of Botany:
Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq is the senior most teacher and also head of the department since August 2000. He obtained a Masters degree and Gold Medal from the Department of Botany, University of Karachi, in 1995, and a PhD. in Botany from the department of Botany, University of Karachi, in 2002. He has published 14 research papers in the Pakistan Journal of Botany
. His areas of specialization are Mycology, Plant Pathology, Yeast Microbiology and Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering of Yeasts. He is an HEC (Higher Education Commission of Pakistan) approved PhD. supervisor.
Mr. Tauqeer Abbas is the second senior teacher since September 2007 holding M.Phil and M.Sc. Degrees in Botany from Department of Botany, University of Karachi. He is teaching in Adamjee Govt. College, since last three years.
Mr. Rajkumar holds an M.Sc. degree in Botany as well as B.Ed., has taught Botany in the college since 2005.
