products and providing the highest level of service to their customers. In February 2005, Adams Aero purchased the design and manufacturing rights to the R. D. (Dart) Aircraft Little Dipper Replica (LDR). The LDR is a reproduction of the Lockheed
Model 33 - Little Dipper designed by John Thorp
in 1942 and built by Lockheed in 1944. The LDR is currently undergoing CAD design work and prototype development with a two seat version in the works. In July 2007, Adams Aero purchased the design and manufacturing rights to the Gene Turner, of Turner Aircraft (http://turnert-40airplanes.com/) designed T-100D Mariah ultralight/experimental airplane. A new prototype is in the works and plans sales have resumed for this design. Information can be found at www.adamsaero.com.

Note: Adams Aero is also the name of a Formula Vee Race Car built in Michigan by John Adams. His son John won the SCCA runoffs in 1995 in a car built by his father. A number of Aeros are still active in FV racing. The Formula Vee Race Car designed by John Adams is not associated in any manner with Adams Aeronautics Company, Inc.
