Adel Fadel Abbas Tamano is a Filipino lawyer and politician. He is the spokesperson of the United Opposition
and also one of its candidates running for the position of Senator of the Philippines. He was the President of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.

Early life and career
Tamano is the eighth son of the late Senator Mamintal Tamano and civic leader Hadja Putri Zorayda Abbas Tamano. Tamano is married to Rowena Kapunan, daughter of retired Supreme Court Justice Santiago Kapunan.
