for the track, "(Just Like) Hercules" fromThe Waiting Room. "Man Overboard" had its first appearance on that EP but was later re-worked and released as a single in 1985 from the Domestic Harmony album for Virgin Records

In 1987, Do-Ré-Mi released the Adultery EP as a CD single with five tracks in Australia, while international single releases had different tracks as the B-side(s). Three tracks had previously been released as singles in Australia, "Guns and Butter", "Idiot Grin" and "Warnings Moving Clockwise" but had little chart success, Adultery peaked at #22 on the Australian national singles charts.
