The website interviewed frontman Deron Miller, who had the following to say about the composition and direction of the track:
In response to a question about the lyrics of the song, Miller responded that "We wanted to write a song that fit into the mood of the movie. After we started seeing clips of Jackass 3D, we started to figure out what the song should be about and Chad just ran with it. He tried to make it about just going for it—in stunts and stuff like that. That's pretty much what it turned out to be. It's a song about stunts."
