ACB is multi-use commercial facility. The project is often called "City within a City", spreading over an area of 14 hectare
s. Upon completion ACB spans 186 000 square meters. The construction of the project was led by “Africa-Israel and Tidhar Construction”. The project was completed in 2007. Construction started in 2005. The total investment was worth €120 million.
