Akmal Khan, or Akmal, was a Pakistan

Akmal mostly work in Punjabi language films. He was the second most well-known star of Punjabi films after Sudhir. Akmal started his film career as a makeup artist and appeared as an extra
in Mehbooba, Qatil and Dulla Bhatti. In 1956, Jabroo was his first film as hero, but his first successful film was Choorian, released in 1963. His 1965 film Malangi (1965) was a peak point of his film career. He appeared as villain in Baghawat (1960). Akmal worked on more than sixty films; his last film was Bahadur Kisan.
