Alan H. Fleischmann is a co-founder, board member, and managing director of ImagineNations Group

Fleischmann was Maryland State chief of staff to Lt. Governor Kathleen Kennedy Townsend

During the historic period of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Fleischmann served as a policy aide in the German parliament, working for former German Chancellor Willy Brandt
