 DJ. In 1996 he started to conduct the Radio show Reflex into the 1980s on Radju Mas. On January 2000 he moved the show to 88.7FM Maltese Capital Radio. The station closed down on 1 April 2009 and three months later, Alex Grech joined Smash Radio 104.6FM to present Reflex. He is also a radio presenter on Super One 92.7FM.

He presented Retro TV on Family TV from October 2008 to June 2009.

DJ Alex Grech is the man behind Reflex Promotions that organises the Reflex 80's parties in Malta and promotes everything that have to do with the 1980s.
