, Evreinov was a member of the Foreign Affairs of Russian nation before his conversion to Catholic faith and ordination to the priesthood. His consecration as Catholic bishop of Byzantine tradition was only formal, because Evreinov did not have any jurisdiction among Russian Catholics neither inside Russia nor abroad. Evreinov died in 1959.
