Alexander Ragoza

Alexander Frantsevich Ragoza (8 June, 1858 year - 29 June, 1919) - minister of defense of Ukrainian State. He was also a General in the Imperial Russian Army
who saw service during the First World War.
He was the son of a Ukrainian clergy. He was educated at St. Michael's School of Art (1878) and then attended the Nicholas General Staff Academy (1883).
