Season structure
The 30 teams in the league are divided into three groups, set up by geographical belonging. The first two teams in each group qualifies for a play-off round robin tournament against the eleventh and twelfth team of ElitserienElitserien (bandy)
The Elitserien is since the 2007–08 season the highest bandy league in Sweden. It consist of 14 teams. The season ends with a final on Studenternas IP in Uppsala. From 2013 the final will be played in Swedbank Arena, Solna....

Division 1 (bandy)
Division 1 is the third level in the league system of Swedish bandy and comprises 60 Swedish bandy teams in six groups. The level was founded in 1931 as Sweden's first level, and became the second from the 1981/1982 season and the third from the 2007/2008....
