Criticism

Though the film was a commercial success, many criticised that with this movie, the Telugu film has touched a new low in terms of values. The film is full of double entendres and vulgar sequences. Apart from obscenity, the film was censured by critics for undermining basic family values. (The film has a vulgar scene showing hero (chiranjeevi) teasing his mother-in-law (lakshmi) implicitly having sexual overtones.
