The racial makeup of the CDP was 97.37% White, 0.66% Native American, 0.66% Pacific Islander, and 1.32% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.63% of the population.
There were 77 households out of which 13.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.8% were married couples
living together, 3.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 40.3% were non-families. 31.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 1.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.97 and the average family size was 2.43.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 11.2% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 34.9% from 25 to 44, 35.5% from 45 to 64, and 13.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females there were 105.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 107.7 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $40,250, and the median income for a family was $65,167. Males had a median income of $50,208 versus $37,917 for females. The per capita income
