Personal life

Amberley was born in Western Australia. Her television career began in 2009 after she was selected from a nationwide search conducted by the ABC. Amberley graduated from Rossmoyne Senior High School in Perth, Western Australia in 2007 and joined the West Australian Police Force

 where she worked as a Police cadet. She then attended Curtin University where she studied journalism. Amberley was crowned Face of Perth 2008. Amberley is also a model she models for Scene Modelling Agency. She is known by her peers as "awesome" and "weird".

Career

In 2009 the ABC launched a nationwide campaign called Me On 3, which was looking for fresh personalities to become the face of a new digital kids channel, ABC 3

. The competition was entered by over 5700 people Australia-wide. Amberley was selected along with Kayne Tremills to host children's show Studio 3. She worked on the 2010 Schools Spectacular
