In the second part of the documentary "The fall of a corrupt regime", produced by the state run television after the revolution of 2011, the owner of an aquatic club located in Les Berges du Lac (A chic suburb of Tunis), described the bank as an accomplice to the regime of Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali and the families close to him. Actually, the bank had supposedly left down her customer, harassed him and had launched legal proceedings against him, by sending to him a bailiff in the aftermath of an alleged encounter with the sister of Ben Ali, in which he refused to pay large sums of money to the Presidential clan which threatened to prevent him from opening his entertainment center if he did not submit to their will.
