Biography

Amy Duggan was born on 6 March 1996. Amy began dancing at the age of 2 at the Reavley Theatre School in Gateshead. At the Age of 8, the family moved to Haydon Bridge

Amy lives with her Mam (Karen Duggan), Dad (Tony Duggan) and her brother Ryan age 18 when not at theatre school in london.

Amy also loves being with her friends and family and pets. She wanted to be a vet until she fulfilled her dream of being in a West End show.

Career

Through the Tynedale Academy of Performing Arts, Amy auditioned for the role of Debbie Wilkinson, daughter of Mrs Wilkinson, Billy's Dance Teacher. Her debut performance was on 4 December 2006, and she continues performing the role two or three times a week. Her final performance was on 31st May 2008 along with oter Debbie 'Leyci Robyn Wightman'.
Amy has also been in Bugsy Malone as "Tallulah" at The Peoples Theatre, Jesmond, Newcastle.
Amy now attends Corona Theatre School in Brentford, London. She boards with the headmistress along with Bethanie Hayes (age 13) and Carla Phippen (age 15).
