). The duo bump into each other & soon learn that they share same intention. They try to outwit each other, but on learning that they have a fierce competition, they decide that they will both cosy up to Raveena & her decision will be final.
Amar convinces Raveena that he has lost his memory due to an attack by her. Prem too joins soon, posing as a doctor. Raveena lives in the mansion with her secretary Karishma(Karisma Kapoor
). Ironically, Amar & Prem are also being played: Raveena & Karishma have switched identities, as real Raveena wants to marry someone who would love her even if she weren't rich. Robert(Viju Khote
) & Bhalla(Shehzad Khan
), are two new caretakers of the mansion. Little do the guys (& even the girls) know that the new "servants" are planted by Teja aka Shyam Gopal Bajaj(Paresh Rawal
), the evil twin brother of Ram.
Teja, who is a criminal, is in dire need of money as he has taken money from Crimemaster Gogo(Shakti Kapoor
), a dreaded underworld don. Teja learns that soon his brother will arrive in India, alongwith some of his property. Teja plans to kidnap Ram, present himself as Ram in the mansion & kill the girls. He thinks the plan is perfect, since nobody will know his real identity. But Robert & Bhalla's attempts to kill the girls are always foiled. Here, real Raveena & Prem fall for each other, while Amar succeeds in wooing the fake Raveena. The heroines soon drop the act & reveal their truth.
Ram arrives & immediately sees through the real nature of Amar & Prem. He declines to let his daughter or her secretary marry any of these losers. Meanwhile, Teja makes a plan to kidnap his brother & take his place. Unfortunately, Amar & Prem also hatch a plan to kidnap Ram & stage his "rescue". However, Teja's plan succeeds & Ram is truly kidnapped. On learning this, Amar & Prem decide that a real rescue will be even better than the staged one. They go to pay the ransom(in one rupee coins).
Teja furthers his plans & presents himself as Ram, thus getting an entry into mansion. Meanwhile, real Ram remains caged, but doesn't reveal the location of diamonds. Raveena & Karishma soon begin to doubt that something is wrong when they see that Ram has totally changed. On hearing this, Amar & Prem decide to investigate. Soon, the duo learn the truth & decide to release Ram from captivity. Here, Ram succeeds in knocking Teja out & staging an escape. Unluckily, the duo mistake Ram for Teja, knock him unconscious & rescue Teja. When Teja reveals his true identity, the duo realise that they have gotten into bigger trouble.
The duo are able to convince Robert & Bhalla that Ram is actually Teja. The duo, along with Ram, Robert & Bhalla, stop Teja from taking Ram's money. Here, the duo explain the whole situation to the girls over the phone & send Ram back. Ram is happy to see the girls again, but their re-union is short-lived as Gogo kidnaps the trio. The duo alongwith Robert, Bhalla & Teja enter Gogo's hideout. Gogo demands the diamonds, which the duo quickly reproduce. But using their wits, the duo launch a comic fight between the villains for the diamonds.
In a comic climax, Gogo tries to loot the real diamonds from Ram at gunpoint. Gogo is, in turn, looted by Teja, who in turn gets looted by Bhalla. Bhalla too gets looted by Robert. Just as Robert is about to get away, the Inspector(Tiku Talsania
) shows up with the police force, apprehending all the criminals. He reveals to Ram that Amar & Prem had tipped them about the hideout. Ram Gopal finally gives green signal for the couples.
