Haglund won the Open de Bordeaux in 1989 and the Husqvarna Open on the Swedish tour in 1994. He played on the Challenge Tour

 and the European Tour. He tied for first in the rain-shortened 1997 Interlaken Open on the Challenge Tour. His best finish on the European Tour was a 9th place at 15-under-par in the 1996 Hohe Brücke Open.
