Political career

At the time when Constance was elected in 2003, he was aged 29 years, and he became the youngest member of the Parliament. When he was pre-selected, Constance did not live in the electorate. Constance has previously run for election to the now defunct South Sydney Council, and previously worked in government relations for industry bodies.
