Andrew David Forbes Henderson (born 12 July 1952) is the current British Ambassador to Algeria; a post he has held since 2006.
Henderson joined the Foreign & Commonwealth Office in 1971 and worked in the West African Department. In 1972, he moved to the Defence Department, moving once more to the Latin American Department on temporary duty in 1975.
Between 1977 and 1980 he was Vice Consul in Rio de Janeiro
