. After graduating art, he enrolled at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence
. In 1971 he rented a studio and began painting. In 1974 he participates in the Quadrennial in Rome. In 1977 he attended the armed struggle and end up in jail. At a young age Froglia falls into the cycle of drugs and this is assisted by Arrigo Melani. In 1981 he released from prison back to Livorno and resumed painting and drugs.
