 as the original Taiwan SWAT Tactical CQC system, which effectively unifies the tactical infrastructure through a national ministry level administration and proliferation process. Chief Instructor Chris Mar is the grandson of the late Gen Yang Sen, who was the warloard and Governor of Sichuan, Governor of Guizhou, Mayor of Chungking.

In May 1988 the well-known journalist and reporter Keith Strandberg writing for the US Publication SWAT Magazine visits Taiwan to interview and see first hand APA Tactical Instructors in action.
