Antonio "Tony" Veloso Cuenco
(born on March 26, 1936) is the Secretary-General of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) since February 4, 2010. Cuenco formerly was the representative of the second district of Cebu City
. He is famously called the "Amahan sa Distrito" (Father of the District).
. "Tony" is the son of former Gov. Manuel Cuenco and Milagros Veloso-Cuenco, the grandnephew of former Rep. Miguel Cuenco (5th district), and the grandson of the former Senate President, Mariano Jesus Cuenco
. He is married to former congresswoman (2nd district), Nancy Roa-Cuenco with four children; James Anthony Cuenco, Cebu City Councilor Ronald Cuenco, Antonio Cuenco Jr., and Cynthia Cuenco-Dizon.
He spent his secondary education (high school
) in Ateneo de Cagayan, and received his Bachelor of Arts
and Bachelor of Law degrees on Ateneo de Manila University
.

Congresses (1987–1998) and the Batasang Pambansa (1984–1986).
After his wife's term (1998–2001), he got to his feet once again and ran for Cebu City 2nd District's Congressional seat. Since then, he led that particular area through the 12th
and 13th
congress.
On May 18, 2007, he was proclaimed once again as the Congressman of Cebu City 2nd District, having to serve his 3rd term in Congress.
His term ended at 9:36 am of June 30, 2010 when Tomas Osmeña took oath as Cebu City 2nd District's new representative.
