. His life's ambition is becoming an MC, a task which he is not far away from completing as he already has made a mix tape entitled Feel The Pain. What keeps him back is his job at Laimsbury's, and his unsupportive parents who are threatened by bailiffs nearly everyday. He and his crew, including Bookie (Femi Oyeniran
), Spanish-Enrique (Ollie Barbieri
), Lesoi (Michael Vu) and TJ (Jazzie Zonzolo
) meet up all the time. They are harassed by gangster Tyrone (Richie Campbell), who robs Kenneth, causing him quit his job at Laimsbury's and go home, where he finds that the bailiffs have taken all his family's possessions. Looking out of his bedroom window, Kenneth sees a criminal on the run who hides a fully loaded gun underneath one of the local bins.
To get some more money, as well as his family's furniture back, Kenneth starts drug-dealing with Lesoi. When his crew meets up with Kenneth, Tyrone shows up, once again robbing Kenneth of all his money & drugs, Lesoi's PSP, Bookie's phone, Enrique's journal and even TJ's shoes. The crew break up and leave Kenneth claiming him to be a "wasteman!". Kenneth then goes to get all his friend's stuff back, as well as his money & drugs. By the time he gets there, Tyrone is having sex with a blonde lady, Maria (Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace
) and as he's distracted, Kenneth gets all their stuff back. He even texts one of Tyrone's other girlfriends using his phone, telling her to come over, since he knows that Tyrone is already having sex with someone else. He climbs out the pipe, and uses the elevator to get down, as Tyrone's men show up eating some KFC
and start to beat up Kenneth. One of them gets ready to shank Kenneth, until Kenneth shouts "Allow me!" The man with the knife asks him to repeat it, and Kenneth does several times, realising that "allow me" is a track from the rap Kenneth made, they then let him go, upon realising that Kenneth made "Feel the Pain".
Kenneth then gives all his crew their stuff back, and runs away to hide from Tyrone. Tyrone starts looking for Kenneth, and Kenneth hides behind the bins, where he finds the gun he saw earlier. He picks it up, and approaches Tyrone, who knows he is bluffing and takes the gun, Tyrone severely beats Kenneth up, and as his crew show up to help him, Enrique is also beaten up by Tyrone. As Kenneth sees Enrique getting beat up by Tyrone, he gets up and jumps onto Tyrone, which leads Kenneth to punch him several times in the face. Kenneth gets to his friends but Tyrone is not finished.
Tyrone gets up, and threatens Kenneth with the gun just as his boss shows up. His boss berates Tyrone in front of the residents from the estate and threatens him until Tyrone pees himself. Everyone starts laughing at him.Tyrone's boss assures the residents that there will be no further trouble from Tryone and if there is, then they are to tell him. Tyrone knows he is finished can't take the humiliation, so he runs away. Right after, Tyrone's 'baby-mama's' brother shows up and starts chasing after Tyrone for being unlawful. The ending shows Kenneth getting his job at Laimsbury's back, his parents getting their furniture back, and Kenneth also meeting his true love, Shay.
