Location

Arles-sur-Tech is situated in a valley which separates France from Spain, through which the 84km long river "Tech" flows as it passes through Arles-sur-Tech. This small town is dominated by the Pyrenees which fill the sky above Arles-sur-Tech. Arles-sur-Tech sits on the only road which passes through the valley, making it accessible although it is not very well known. As a result, the tourists who do make it to this corner of the world are able to make the most of what Arles-sur-Tech has to offer in peace. Over the past few years, Arles-sur-Tech has seen a growing number of British tourists, as its charming reputation grows among those who know of its existence.

Main sights

Arles-sur-Tech is best known for its abbey, which is the seat of an alleged miraculous apparition of water.
