of Staten Island, in New York City
. It is a subsection of the Mariners' Harbor
neighborhood, with the general boundaries located to the west of South Avenue (north of the train tracks, the boundary can be considered west of Harbor Road). Most of the residents that live in Arlington live north of the Staten Island Railway
