The Art Museum of the University of Memphis (officially known as the Art Museum at the University of Memphis, or simply as AMUM) is located at 3750 Norriswood Avenue in Memphis

. The museum was opened in 1981 as The University Gallery; in 1994 the gallery received its present name.
The museum is open from Monday to Saturday from 9 am until 5 pm, it is closed on University holidays. Admission to the museum is free and there is no charge for tours.
