History
The company was founded by Seattle area serial entrepreneurs Curt Doolittle, Jim Beebe and Steven Salta, as their third technology related business venture together. They acquired one of the small Seattle internet-boom shops (Kindred Communications) in June 2001, and despite the state of the economy, and the impact from 9/11 the company expanded quickly both organically and through acquisition, earning Inc 500 status three times. In 2006 the company took a minor investment from regional fund Westriver Capital to cover acquisition costs and expansion. One of the acquisitions was a customer relationship management business, which the company then sold to AccentureAccenture
