Aubrey Beauclerk, 5th Duke of St Albans (3 June 1740 – 9 February 1802) was the son of Admiral the 1st Baron Vere and a grandson of the 1st Duke of St Albans
. He succeeded his father as 2nd Baron Vere in 1781 and his cousin as 5th Duke of St Albans in 1787.
He married Lady Catherine Ponsonby (14 October 1742 – 4 September 1789), daughter of the 2nd Earl of Bessborough
