's military cabinet: Prime Minister from 25 May 1969 to 27 October 1969 and Foreign Minister from 1969 to 1970. He served also as the deputy of Nimeiry .
He was the only civilian member in Nimeiry's governing council.
His name is also spelled Babikir Awadalla and Abu Bakr Awadallah.
