Baggy Pants is an anthropomorphic cat
dressed as Charlie Chaplin
's "Tramp
" character, right down to the mustache and cane. His misadventures are somewhat reminiscent of Chaplin's, and there is no spoken dialogue in his cartoons.
"The Nitwits" is about an elderly superhero
named Tyrone, who has come out of retirement, and his wife Gladys. These two characters are based on the ones played by Arte Johnson
and Ruth Buzzi
on Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In
, and are voiced by the same actors.
