The paper has three sections for readers:

• Main- Includes local and International news l
• Business and Sports- Business news with analysis of the market.
• City Tribune- Covers events and feature section

The paper's team extensively covered the 2006 Bahrain parliamentary elections which was never covered by an English-language newspaper. Every constituency in the kingdom was covered highlighting their problems. The exercise resulted in an increase in circulation.

The newspaper features a section that has a one of a kind weekly Motoring Column (Moto-View) which no other daily newspaper in the GCC has.
