On December 18, 2007, Bureu Veritas Certification issued a certificate for Baltic Ground Services, which shows that the company management corresponds to ISO 9001:2000 / LST EN ISO 9001:2001 standard.

In May 2009 The International Air Transport Association (IATA) awarded Baltic Ground Services the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) Registration. Baltic Ground Services was the first company in Europe and 10th in the world to receive such a certificate.

Baltic Ground Services also received the IATA Fuel Quality Pool (IFQP) recognition indicating that into-plane fueling operations are operated to high quality control and safety standard. The recognition was received in October 2009 after inspection, which was performed on behalf of the airlines members of the IATA Fuel Quality Pool.
