There were 1,282 households out of which 79.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 93.4% were married couples living together, 4.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 0.5% were non-families. 0.4% of all households were made up of individuals. The average household size was 3.55 and the average family size was 3.54.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 27.5% under the age of 18, 23.4% from 18 to 24, 47.1% from 25 to 44, 2.0% from 45 to 64, and 0.1% who were 65 years of age or older.
