located in Downtown Tampa
and was completed in 1986. At 175.87 m (577 ft), it surpassed One Tampa City Center
as the tallest building in Tampa, until completion of 100 North Tampa
in 1992. The structure was originally known as Barnett Plaza. The structure currently contains around 20000 square feet (1,858.1 m²) of rentable space.
