The district contains three residential areas: Baota-shan, Nanshi, and Fenghuang-shan; eleven townships: Liulin, Hezhuangping, Ceyuan, Qiaogou, Liqu, Yaodian, Ganguyi, Qinghuabian, Panlong, South Niwan, and Linzhen; nine villages: Chuankou, Wanhua, Fengzhuang, Yuanlong Temple, Qucun, Guantun, Madongchuan, Songshu-lin, and Guanzhuang. It has a total of 611 administrative hamlets and 37 community residential committees.History
